Description
This PR adds CoreML as a supported execution provider. It has no effect when deployed in Docker, but installing the package natively allows CoreML usage on Apple Silicon. The support is unofficial for now due to uncertainty around model compatibility and performance, as well as the installation being somewhat clunky in the absence of a published package.
